GENERAL MANAGER / HEAD COACH / SALES ADMIN
We’re growing—and rebuilding with intention to hire for key leadership and growth roles, including: General Manager, Head Coach, Sales & Client Success.
This is not a traditional “clock in, coach a class, clock out” environment. We’re looking for people who want ownership, who care deeply about results and relationships, and who are excited to help shape our communities future from the inside out. You’ll be a good fit for this role if:
– your strength is leading people, coaching bodies, and driving conversations that convert
– You communicate clearly and confidently + take responsibility for outcomes
– You thrive in a high-touch, boutique fitness environment
– You are comfortable using systems and data to make better decisions (experience with Mindbody, GoHighLevel/ CRM or similar tools is a plus)
Salary Range: Starting at $72,800+ depending on experience plus bonus opportunities and health insurance
